Are you prepared to start writing? Make a lasting impression with PSM Author Services

We at PSM Author Services want your manuscript to be as good as it can be. Many manuscripts are turned down because of poor writing, bad English, and failure to follow the authors’ directions. We revise to fix any grammar errors and enhance the language and structure to conform to the specified journal style. Our team of professionals spans almost all scientific disciplines and offers time- and money-saving solutions in the following areas:

1. Writing the manuscript either directly from data only or working on a preliminary draft of the manuscript.

2. Referencing with well-accepted published data as well as the journal format.

3. Figures and tables are made using the advanced tools available in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel to ensure the impact of quality research work done.

4. We improve the overall clarity and organization of your manuscript.

5. We provide professional academic editing and proofreading services for all fields of life sciences.

Submission of the manuscript is required in the MS Word format. Your data or draft manuscript will be assigned a unique ID upon submission. In the future, if you and the editor correspond, you might refer to this special ID. Your manuscript will only be viewed by a designated managing editor and a language editor. To ensure that there are no questions left unanswered, the procedure could need several email exchanges in which information is requested. Using Microsoft Word’s “Track Changes” feature, the document is edited so that you and the professional writer may both be aware of the most recent revisions. The manuscript editing does not ensure that the work will be accepted for publication in the specified journal. We only provide service in presenting the data in the best possible way with minimum or no linguistic error. However, we facilitate further even after reviewing comments from the reviewers of journals.

Create Short Journal Titles for PSM Journals in EndNote

PSM Journals require journal titles to be abbreviated. You can download the EndNote Library Style bibliography template here.

Term lists for abbreviated journal titles are included with EndNote; however, your library must activate it.
Have you done this?

If not, do the following:

  • Open the EndNote Library
  • Go to EndNote Preferences under Edit and choose Term List
  • Uncheck the bottom two boxes

Then go to

Tools –> Open Term lists –> Journals Term list

If the number of journal terms in the list is less than several 1000, you have not imported the term list.

Click on one of the journal names and click Ctrl A (Highlight everything) –> Delete Term (Nothing is deleted in your library)

Click on the “List” tab and click on “Journals” to get it highlighted.

Import list –> Choose the file “Medical” –> Open file *

You will now get a message telling you that 13.000+ terms are imported. Close widows.

EndNote will now select standard abbreviations from the term list if you use a style that has been set to use them.

* If the correct folder with the medical.txt file doesn’t open directly, you will find this file in Programs –> EndNoteX7 –> Term lists.

The same way you can import other lists.

Adding new abbreviations

You can add new abbreviations for journals not appearing in the original terms list. Go to Tools > Open Terms Lists > Journal Terms List.

  • Find the full journal title and click the “Edit Term” button; or,

If the journal title is not in the terms list, click the “New Term” button, and then enter the full journal title and the abbreviation.

Article Publication Calendar: PSM Journals

PSM publishes a suite of seven open-access journals across all areas of science and technology. The journals are peer-reviewed and dedicated to produce and distribute scientific and research literature for the progress of science and the benefit of society. PSM Journals follow continuous publication model. This means that as soon as an article is ready to be published, it will be immediately released online.

Articles are published online immediately after acceptance in the journal. You can submit your article at any time throughout the year. The publication calendar, corresponding with the publication of journal issues, is as follows:

PSM Biological Research publishes research on all aspects of biology and allied sciences.

PSM Veterinary Research publishes research on all aspects of veterinary and animal sciences.

PSM Microbiology considers articles on all aspects of microbiology and allied sciences.

International Journal of Alternative Fuels and Energy considers articles on all aspects of alternative energy sources and allied sciences.

International Journal of Nanotechnology and Allied Sciences publishes articles on all aspects of nanotechnology and allied sciences.

International Journal of Molecular Microbiology publishes research on all aspects of molecular microbiology.

International Journal of New Medicine publishes research on all aspects of medicine and allied sciences.

Note: If your article is submitted after the completion of the volume, it will be considered for the following year’s volume. The sooner you submit, the sooner your article will begin the peer-review process. Also, because we publish Galley proof (an early version of a publication) as “online first,” early submission means that your article may be published with a full citation as soon as it is ready.
